On July 26, 2025, a white nationalist event called Exiles of the Golden Age (EOTGA) was held at a cultural centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Some of the organizers are affiliated with the Hammerskins, a neo-Nazi skinhead group with a decades-long history of criminality and violence. The promotional posts for the event included symbols used by neo-Nazis and white nationalists, including the sonnenrad and the version of the sun rune used by Hitler’s Schutzstaffel (SS).
The venue says they were “regrettably duped” and that they would “never knowingly rent to people promoting such vile beliefs.”
The following photographs are of people who attended the EOTGA event. It is our understanding that EOTGA organizers were controlling who entered the venue as it was a ticketed event. We have taken steps to ensure that this collection of images only includes attendees of the Exiles of the Golden Age event and not passersby or individuals who would have been at the cultural centre for any other reason.
Every person named by the Canadian Anti-Hate Network has been given the opportunity to comment. However, EOTGA organizers told their audience on Telegram and X (formerly Twitter) to ignore media requests.

Given the EOTGA organizers' affiliations with the Hammerskins there is a public interest in researching the Exiles of the Golden Age networking event. If you have any information about any of the named individuals, or recognize any of the unnamed individuals, please contact us directly so that we can engage in a verification process. All tips are confidential.
Josh Bruce is co-owner of the Vinland Hammerskins-affiliated clothing brand, Vinland Battlewear, along with Robertson (Rob) De Chazal. He is a member of Crew 38, the feeder group for the Hammerskins. His Telegram account was previously listed as the west coast recruiter for Active Club Canada. Bruce is also a former Proud Boy and the former leader of the now-defunct Northern Identity, an identitarian bookclub active briefly in British Columbia.

Robertson (Rob) De Chazal is a longtime neo-Nazi and member of the Vinland Hammerskins since around 2012, as well as a former member of Blood and Honour. He is a long-time figure in the Canadian white power scene, including playing in several different racist bands over the last decade. He is a co-owner of Vinland Battlewear alongside Josh Bruce.

David McGrigor lives in White Rock, British Columbia. He co-owns Celtic Landscaping and Design with EOTGA attendee Zenon Shandro, and is pictured on the company website wearing a Vinland Battlewear shirt. McGrigor is also a model for Vinland Battlewear.

Darren Lincoln lives in British Columbia. He has also modeled for Vinland Battlewear on their social media. He, like De Chazal, has a large sonnenrad on his left elbow.

Lane Pommer (AKA “Lane Jackson”) lives in Victoria, British Columbia, is a carpenter, and was a boxing coach at Westshore Boxing Gym in Victoria. Westshore Boxing Gym did not respond to a request for comment when emailed by CAHN, but told CBC, “We were not aware of this individual’s background. They are no longer part of our gym. Our gym promotes an inclusive and respectful environment that welcomes people of all backgrounds who respect others and our code of conduct.”
He has been involved with EOTGA for the last two years, delivering speeches at both as “Lane Jackson.” He is associated with Vinland Battlewear—he wore their merch to a fight in 2022. Also there to support him were Josh Bruce, Robertson De Chazal, David McGrigor, and three others—all who wore matching shirts.

Jesse Rankin may live in Grande Prairie, Alberta (where he received shipments of racist power metal from the neo-Nazi web store Midgård). He is a member of the Vinland Hammerskins, and is a long-time figure in the Canadian white power scene. He is suspected of being the co-owner of Vinland Battlewear.

Billy Buhler lives in Parksville, British Columbia. He entered with two other attendees, Adam Droog and Karl Storness-Bliss.

Mike Korchinski lives in Duncan, British Columbia, and works as a representative of CWB Group. He trains at Foundry Combat Sports under fellow EOTGA attendee Ron Pearce, who he walked in with. When reached for comment, CWB Groups told CAHN that they "were not aware of the situation" and that they "take concerns regarding employee conduct seriously and will review the information promptly."

Karl Storness-Bliss lives in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. He owns and operates Brokkr Strength Systems, a strength training company which uses Nazi-inspired imagery in its branding. Brokkr Strength Systems operated out of Mission BJJ in Mission, BC, and Storness-Bliss was previously listed as a kids’ BJJ coach at Mission BJJ. According to CBC, the owner of the gym says he was “blown away” by the revelations about Storness-Bliss, and has asked him to leave Mission BJJ.
